Ingredients For Pachon Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Steam jackfruit for 5 minutes.
  • 2. Heat the oil, add panchforon bay leaf dry Red chillies and ginger paste. mix for 30 second, now add all chopped vegetables one by one.
  • 3. Add salt turmeric powder mix it with all vegetables, cover and cook until vegetable soft.
  • 4. Add little water, cover with lid
  • 5. Once all vegetables cooked, now sprinkle garam masala and ghee, enjoy with hot rice
