Lower the heat and add ginger paste and coriander powder. Mix well.

Now add yogurt with little water and a pinch of sugar. Keep mixing it on low flame for 5 minutes.

Then add salt, poppy seed paste and cashew nut paste. Cook for 10 minutes. Now add the fried paneer cubes and water Mix well and cook for 10 minutes.

Lastly add garam masala, kasoori methi and fresh cream. Mix everything once and turn off the heat. Paneer rezala is ready to serve
