Wash parwal, peel , slit and deseed with knife. Boil sufficient water in a pan and add parwal and food color.Cook for 4-5 minutes and remove from heat. Cover and keep aside.

In an another pan add 1 1/2 cup water and suger and boil. Cook until 1 string consistency.

Remove parwal from hot water and Add it in suger syrup And Cook for 2 minutes. Off the flame and cover the lid.

For stuffing::-Add khoya in a bowl. add powdered sugar, cardamom powder, milk powder and chopped nuts. Mix well.

Remove parwal from suger syrup and cool down slightly. Stuff parwal with khoya mixture. Stuff all parwal like this. Decorate with chopped nuts and silver varak.

Enjoy parwal ki mithai. You can keep it in fridge also.
