Ingredients For POTATO STUFF MAKKI KI ROTI RECIPE

Methods
  • 1. Take a bowl add all stuffing ingredients and mix well.
  • 2. Now stuffing is ready.
  • 3. In a kneading bowl mix maize flour / makki ka atta,boiled n mashed potato,salt and 2 tbsp clarified butter and mix well.
  • 4. Make a soft dough.
  • 5. Don`t use water if nessary you can use curd.
  • 6. Divide the dough into balls
  • 7. Place the potato filling and seal it.
  • 8. Place a plastic sheet over that place a ball of dough is cover with other plastic sheet and then roll tightly this will ensure that it does not break and steak.
  • 9. Grease a pan with little clarified butter/ghee and heat on a medium flame.
  • 10. Makki ki aloo bhari roti is ready to eat.
  • 11. Serve with butter.
