For stuffed tomato method. First take tomato rinse it a couple of times ,Take tomatoes and cut their tip using a knife. Remove their pulp from the tip and make them hollow.Take boil potatoes,paneer , coriander, garam masala,salt mix well it , stuffing are readyThen take tomato and stuff with stuffingNow heat oil in a pan, place the stuff tomato in a pan , cover and cook for 5-7 minut

Firstly take one pan heat the oil and ghee ,then add the whole spices saute for whileNext add the onion and salt saute for 4-5 minutes,then add the garlic , Ginger saute for whileThen add the tomato mix well it and saute for 5-7 minute on low medium flame Now add the cashew and muskmelon mix it well ,cook for 2-3 minutes on low medium flame , turn off the gas flame and once cool it then grind it make smooth paste

Take one pan 🍳 add the oil heat it ,add the paste ,all spices and water mix it well ,cook on low medium flame for 5-7 miunted then add the cream , kasturi methi mix nicely strir the continuously for 2-3 minutes till cream mix well it cover and cook it till oil come in surface then add the corinder leaves and stuffing tomato mix well
