Methods
  • 1. First of all pressure cook the red chana. Let 5 to 6 whistle come.
  • 2. Once chana gets boiled, keep aside.
  • 3. Now take oil in a kadai, add cumin, hing, green chilli chopped. My
  • 4. Now add ginger garlic paste n onion paste.
  • 5. Let it cook, then add tomato puree.Now mix garam masala, cumin coriander powder, chat masala, salt with tomato sauce.
  • 6. Now add this mix masala n saute for a while.
  • 7. Now add boiled red chana into the masala
  • 8. Cook for a while, add required amount of water n pressure cook for 2 whistle.
  • 9. Cool it , red chana gravy is ready to serve.
