Wash and soak the rice in double the quantity of water for 1 hour.

After one hour drain water from rice and grind it in grinder. Make a smooth paste.

Heat milk in a heavy bottomed pan. Boil for 5 minutes. After that add prepared rice paste and stir continuously on medium flame till it thickens up and cook well. It will takes 5-10 minutes.

Now add sugar along with chopped almond and pistachios. Cook for few minutes till sugar dissolves. Stir continuously for avoid lumps

Remove from heat and cool down . Keep it in separate bowl and garnish with powder of almond and pistachios and saffron thread.
