Take rose flower in a bowl and pour about hot water in bowl. Keep aside for 20 minutes for release its color.

After 20 minutes strain and keep aside rose water for add to the phirni while it's cooking.

Wash and soak the rice for 15 minutes .after 15 minutes drain water and grind rice for make paste. Boil the milk , add the rice paste and the rose water .cook for almost 15 minutes on medium

Keep stirring frequently. Once the rice gets cooked add the milkmaid and cardamom powder .Cook till the phirni thickens.

Pour it in the serving bowl, Garnish it with chopped almond and pistachios.keep it in fridge and Serve chilled.
