How to make Sattu ki litti( Bihar famous recipe) Recipe

Take sattu in a bowl . Add Chopped Onion, corriander leaves and add all ingredients one by one. Add some water to mix all nicely.

Take maida . Add salt, ajwain,Kalongi, and oil.Make a soft dough.

Take small quantities of maida from dough. And hole inside . Then fill the sattu masala and close the hole. Give the round shape.

In a big pot boil the water. And put the filling dough in itfor 10 minutes. Turn after some time.
5.
After boiled filling dough. Put in a pan , Which is oil heated. Leave it fry for 5-7 minutes. After 5-7 minutes turn the litti. Fry the litti till brown.
