Methods
  • 1. Add baking soda and baking powder to gram flour and mix well. Pass it throug sieve.
  • 2. Add corn meal, salt, red chilli flakes, pepper powder and cumin powder.
  • 3. Add chopped vegetables(tomato, capsicum, carrots). Combine well.
  • 4. Add oil and curd to it. Add water and mix well to prepare semi thick batter.
  • 5. Lighly grease the mould with oil. Pour the batter into mould. Fill the mould 3/4th only.
  • 6. Sprinkle some sesame seeds and pumpkin seeds on top.
  • 7. Air fry it at 180 degree for 15 minutes. Alternatively you can bake it in oven..
  • 8. Serve with your hogh tea.
