Soak the soya chunks for an hour in luke warm water, drain & boil it for 8-10mins in salted water. Drain, cool & squeeze the soya chunks & keep aside. Prepare all your vegetables & keep aside. Mix all ingredients of the dressing & chill in the refrigerator.

Now wait for the pan to become really hot & add the mushrooms for just 30 seconds & remove.Once cool, mix all the vegetables in a bowl with salad greens & chill in the refrigerator.Mix the dressing with the salad .
