Soyabean in Ginger Orange Sauce (Ada Komola Soyabean) Recipe

Ingredients For Soyabean in Ginger Orange Sauce (Ada Komola Soyabean) Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Soak the nutrella soya chunks for 4 hrs to make it soft. Then drain the water, squeeze and keep aside. Boil the cut onions till the color changes, cool drain off water.
  • 2. Take a green chilli and make a paste with the boiled onions. Meanwhile crush the whole spices and slightly roast on a tawa and keep aside.
  • 3. Add oil in a pan ,add he roasted masala and once the aroma releases add the onion mixture and fry well. Add 1 tbsp ginger and stir,if required ad some water. The spices should not burn.
  • 4. Add the Kashmiri red chilli powder and mix well. Now add the soya chunks and mix well with the spices.
  • 5. Add the orange juice and mix well for he soya to soak in the flavour.. Add whole green chillies ,handful raisins and just simmer for 2 minutes. Adjust salt and sugar to taste.
  • 6. Take 1 tbsp ginger paste and add 2 tbsp water and mix.. Now add this ginger water and garam masala powder and the orange slices.
  • 7. Simmer for another 2 minutes and switch off the flame.14. Serve with roti or paratha.
