Upside Down Savoury Delight Recipe

We all love to have cakes. But why restrict ourselves to sweet only?Savoury ones are equally delightful. In fact, sometimes better than the sweet ones. This cake is one of them which we never tire of baking and eating. The brownie point is that it can be steamed as well just like dhokla. This almost no oil cake is perfect for the scorching heat when we dont want to spend too much time sweating in front of our gas burner.
