Ingredients For Veg. Schezwan Fried Rice Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Take a pan heat the oil add garlic ginger and sautĂ© on medium flame for a few seconds.
  • 2. Add spring onions, capsicum, carrot, peas and French beans and saute it on high flame for 2-3 minutes.
  • 3. Add celery, schezwan sauce, soy sauce, vinegar, and 2tbsp of water mix them all well and cook on medium flame for 1-2 minutes stir occasionally.
  • 4. Add the rice, salt and pepper and mix them well on medium flame for about 2 minutes.
  • 5. Serve the schezwan fried rice with the garnish of spring onions.
