If the binding of the patty is going off add bhuna besan, maida or cornflour.

Ingredients For VEG SEEKH KEBAB RECIPE

Methods
  • 1. Take some boiled raw banana, soaked channe ki daal, boil it and grind it.
  • 2. Mix both bananas and daal together.
  • 3. Add finely chooped ginger, garlic, onions and garam masala and salt to the mixture and mix.
  • 4. Take a skewer and put the mixture on the stick and grill it on a pan using ghee on low flame.
  • 5. serve it with sauted veggies.
