Methods
  • 1. Soak whole moong dal and basmati rice for 4 - 5 hours.
  • 2. Drain and make a paste. Add green chilly,ginger and salt and one cup of water to make a batter.
  • 3. Heat oil in a pan. Add one tbsp batter and spread it. Drizzle one tsp oil. Flip it and cook both the sides. Serve hot.
