Ingredients For Beetroot Pulao Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Wash and soak the rice,Heat oil in the cooker and add cumin seeds, whole spices, onion, ginger garlic paste, grated beetroot and all vegetables.
  • 2. Saute it and add salt, red chilli and garammasala, add soaked rice and water 3 cup, cover the lid.
  • 3. Cook it untill 2 whistle and serve with tomato, coriander chutney and papad.
