Methods
  • 1. Heat mustard oil in a pan add cumin seeds to crackle now add crushed ginger,green chilly and onion and saute for 3 - 4 minutes.
  • 2. Add coriander powder,red chilly powder,turmeric powder and kashmiri mirch powder and 2 tbsp water and mix well.
  • 3. Add tomato paste and stir until oil leaves the pan. Add tomato sauce and salt and mix well.
  • 4. Now add one cup of water and bring to boil,once boiled add paneer cubes and garam masala powder and cook for five minutes
  • 5. Garnish with coriander leaves. Serve hot with steamed rice.
