Ingredients For Dry Fruits Burfi Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Heat a pan and roast sesame seed and flex seed on medium flame. Roast till crunchy. Remove from heat. Keep it in a plate and grind roughly.
  • 2. Heat ghee in a plate and roast all dry fruits till light brown. Remove from heat and grind roughly.
  • 3. Fry makhana in same pan, remove and grind.
  • 4. In same pan, roast wheat flour till golden brown or raw aromas goes off. Remove from heat.
  • 5. In a pan, add jaggery and 1 cup water for make syrup, make 1 thread consistency of jaggery syrup.
  • 6. Add all roasted and grinded dry fruits and roasted wheat flour. Cook till mixture leaves the pan.
  • 7. Keep it in greased plate. Cool down in room temperature and cut it into burfi shape, keep it in air tight jar and enjoy in winter season..
