How to make Green Sabudana pudding with Rabdi Recipe

wash sabudana with water and soaked in water for 1/2 hour. After soaking , heat a pan add sago along with 2 cups of water and cook.

Add suger and cook on medium flame till sabudana turns translucent . Remove from heat and cool down on room temperature.

Aadd khus syrup and mix it well. Keep it in a bowl and keep in refrigerator for set .

Heat milk in a pan for make rabdi. When the milk reduced to half add sugar, mawa and cardamom powder mix well. Add some chopped nuts and mix. Cook until thickened. Remove from heat and cool down completely.

Now remove the sago bowl from fridge in a plate demold the sabudana. Keep rabdi around sabudana. Garnish with chopped nuts and serve.
