Ingredients For Urad Moong Dal Pede Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Heat ghee in a kadhai. Add urad dal flour and moong dal flour and roast. Roast on medium flame till light brown in color.
  • 2. Remove from heat and cool down completely on room temperature.
  • 3. When it's cool down completely keep it in a thali and whipped with hand. Whipped till fluffy like butter.
  • 4. Add powdered suger and mix. Make small sized . Peda. Press lightly in middle with finger and garnish with pistachios, chironji and small piece of mishri.
  • 5. Make all mandal like this. Keep it in a jar and enjoy.
