Methods
  • 1. Soak rice for 30 minutes
  • 2. Pressure cook rice & allow to cool
  • 3. Meanwhile prepare for tampering by adding mustard, channa dhal, urid dhal, curry leaves, green chillies (2)
  • 4. Add chopped veggies & sautĂ© till soft
  • 5. Add vangibath masala & mix everything well
  • 6. Add this to cooked rice
  • 7. Add salt to taste , lemon juice & mix well
  • 8. Adjust taste by adding salt or vangibath masala
