Methods
  • 1. Take a pan, heat oil and add mustard seed, cumin seeds, curry leaves chopped onions,chilli, grated carrot, chopped capsicum, saute it then add chopped tomato
  • 2. Add salt, red chilli powder and garam masala, then add grated paneer and murmura
  • 3. Heat some ghee in a tawa and roast bread in it
  • 4. Put some bhel in bread and serve with tomato sauce, mint chutney, grated cheese and roasted peanuts.
