Methods
  • 1. Take a bowl add grated potato, chopped capsicum, chopped onion.
  • 2. Add 2 tbsp green chutney, and maynnoaise in this veggies and mix it well
  • 3. Cut the bread slice in circle shape, apply butter on it.
  • 4. Apply veggi masala on it, and place other bread slice on it
  • 5. Apply butter on top of sandwitch, place this sandwitch on hot tava.
  • 6. Roast on both sides till it become light brown in colour.
  • 7. Cool it and cut into 2 part.
  • 8. Apply tomato catch-up on edges and stick nylon sev on it.
  • 9. Place it in tiffin box.
